Ann-Maree Whelan

Counselling Psychologist

I’m here to help.

I am an experienced psychologist, working from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. I work collaboratively with clients using a wide range of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to your individual needs.

I bring a warm personal style, and aim to create a safe, non-judgemental and supportive therapeutic space where you can develop insight and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.

I see adults for individual psychological therapy. I help people with anxiety, autism, ADHD, burnout, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other issues. I have a particular passion for neurodiversity-affirming practice and LGBTIQ+ inclusion, including supporting those navigating past or current experiences with faith communities.
